Shipping policy

Order Processing: 

  • Most of our orders are shipped in 5-10 working days. 
  • Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-6 days of its ship date depending on the pincode. 
  • Whenever you place an order, we have it freshly manufactured for you and shipped out. Each piece that we make is with painstaking efforts and with the contribution of many artisans and our workforce.
  • Please note during high-volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time. 
  • If there is a specific date you want us to deliver by, please mention it prior and we will be trying our best to deliver it by then
  • Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping within India:

  • All orders are shipped via courier services which offers 2-6 day delivery. 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your is shipped, you will be emailed/messaged with your docket number. You will be able to track your order’s journey home.
